He designed our backyard landscape, created a berm with retaining wall, poured a stamped concrete patio, poured a side patio, added a wrought iron gate, created steps stamped to match between patios, added Decomposed Granite, and installed synthetic grass. It was a complete back and side yard design and landscaping job. He and his crew was respectful, cleaned up each day, great communication, and EXTRAORDINARE landscape design. Milton and his crew trenched drainage through our property perimeter to deal with an incredibly bad flooding issue in our back and side yards. They did an amazing job digging out and laying pipes in our yard and connecting them to several downspouts at the low points where the water was accumulating. They were incredibly friendly and professional all throughout the process and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns, I felt like I was a part of it all the time. They were even able to help with some general contracting as a result of water damage from a leaking gutter by fixing the gutter and replacing some wood that had sustained damage as a result of the leak. I will definitely be using Milton’s services again for future home projects and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have drainage or other general contracting work done on their property.

I had Milton's Concrete extend our back yard patio so I could move our hot tub closer to our bedroom. I also had our driveway extended. Having the driveway extended consisted of first removing a brick planter which required saw cutting around 20 linear feet of concrete and brick. Extending the concrete for the hot tub was an even bigger job. It required a days worth of digging up old roots, both manually and with the use of a stump grinder, from a recently removed Maple tree. They did an awesome job at a price far less expensive than anyone else. In addition to all of the above Milton and his employees were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend you call Milton and give him an opportunity to bid your next concrete project.
